🐠 The missing Sublime Text 3 package for [Mermaid](http://knsv.github.io/mermaid).

Add XPX language syntax, auto-complete, snippets and propose a syntax coloring theme to use with syntax.

This is an ancient ST2 package of mine that has been deprecated since
2014. It has been replaced by the CSS3 package. I'm deleting the
CSS3_Syntax repo.

This reverts commit 91c8cb8d.

It is a huge issue that every user who installs the package has the list of every installed package sent to Kite. This could be leaking internal names of products or projects inadvertently, and I am not okay with waiting to see how it is resolved. It is a travesty that such info has been collected for months already.
