The return value of urllib2.urlopen does not define __exit__ it appears.

The unittest module sure is weird ...

It's just cleaner, imo.

Including their versions.

Add "pre_generator" classmethod lookup to `generate_test_methods`.

Things that now fail:
- Name used as previous_names and general package name
- Name used twice in either previous_names or as package name
- All the above (+ dependencies) for ALL repositories checked, including
  external if desired.

It was renamed to "Better Completion" in #1990.

We require to use the https protocol for custom-hosted repositories
since 2014-11-20, it just wasn't reflected in the tests.
